Häfele Group set up more than 30 subsidiaries worldwide and more than 30 service and sales offices with more than 6000 employees. Products are distributed to over 150 countries and regions globally, and it is one of the largest furniture fittings and architectural hardware suppliers in the world.
Hafele choose HAND as their local implementation partner at August 2017 and the project went live on 2018 March.

The project is targeting to go-live within 4 months with scope of all the modules and involves the complexity of project management, communication, change process that are common in all global roll-out projects.
